PLAN BRIAND 64' Year 2005Contact Us
Designed by Philippe BRIAND for very experienced owners and built in Tahiti by Technimarine, this aluminium sloop was made for long haul travels and is the result of her owners, builder and her architect's experience. extremely seaworthy and full of good ideas, this owner unit is fast and comfortable. She displays 3 large cabins and the necessary room needed to travel as a family . Sleek designed, she is also able of impressive average speeds and gone around the world twice (2006-14 and 2017-20). Constantly maintained at her best, she now waits for her new owners, cruising the Mediterranean this summer.Video
Owner's words
We were dreaming of a large family sailboat, easy to handle for a parental crew with children to manage at the same time. After we met Philippe BRIAND in la Rochelle, we decided to have this one-of-a-kind design at Technimarine, in the Pacific Ocean. Thinking about this ship, building her and attending her birth have been some wonderful moments, but way less wonderful than sailing her around the world (twice!) after this. Due to our experiences aboard tall sailboats, we have been planning and done the necessary maintenance to keep the ship being sea capable all along our sailing campaigns and the ship is now still regularly used for cruising by our family (the children grew up and sail the ship by themselves now). We are now sailing the Mediterranean, enjoying again before it is your turn.
