REVA 42 Year 2004
A talented architect, Luc BOUVET, a strip planking with Kevlar reinforcements construction for the hull to be light, rigid and strong, a vinyl/airex sandwich deck and roof, a comfortable and modern inside layout, all this surrounded with a blue water cruising equipment including solar panels on the stainless steel aft gantry, wind generator, radar, distress beacon, heater, furling staysail etc... This nice ship, fitted with nice composite sails is a VERY performing sailboat and easy to handle with a short handed crew. The inside layout displays a lot of room to live while at sea with its two large cabins. Perfect condition, nothing to do before leaving. Unique and magnificent!
Owner's words
I always loved to go fast on the water and when I visited this sailboat during the 2004 Grand Pavois boat show in La Rochelle, I asked the yard to build one for me. I finally bought the demonstration unit after the journalists sea-trials.
I have been sailin with my family and took part to the Transquadra with another sailor. Once we were on the other side of the Atlantic, we sailed in the French West Indies before we sailed the Atlantic back to France.
We really enjoyed this ship, she is fast, seducing, well built and she never slows down while cruising along...
