PRESLES 50' Year 1996
Dominique PRESLES closely worked with the first and only owner of this aluminium 50 footer, who was leading a reknown sailing school, to create this experience and knowledge combination. The Mag France yard was entrusted with aluminium welding, then, the hull was fitted with teak and white laminated, giving to the inside layout a warm, friendly and light atmosphere. The flush deck is free and seriously fitted. Equipped for blue water cruising, this sailboat remains funny for the helmsman, displaying a rod 2013 standing rigging to maintain her keel stepped mast and a complet and recent set of sails. Eveything aboard is dedicated to comfort at sea.
Owner's words
As we had gathered a lot of experiences while leading our sailing school, we asked Dominique Presles to design the boat that would be the best we met during those numerous cruises on different boats. We wanted her comfortable, with a long waterline, large living spaces with enough equipments to be self sufficient, but also performing. We definitely chose an aluminium keel boat with a rod standing rigging and a keel stepped mast. After she was launched we crossed the Atlantic to Brazil, French West Indies, Colombia, Florida and Washington... After we came back to the Mediterranean, my husband died and I decided to sell this wonderful ship for her to go on sailing.
