CAT FLOTTEUR 45 Year 2005
The ideal voyage catamaran for whom wants to travel the world in a secure way. Small draught, ultra-strong Meta process thick aluminium hull (strongall), 4 double cabins (including one used as a desk/workshop and one with 2 bunk beds), watertight bulkheads aftand forward, nice sailing performances, 2 separate showers, complete thermal insulation and heating system, a lot of light all over and numerous new or recent equipments... all this make this catamaran the perfect ship to travel the world with your family. The current owners have been sailing her for 10 years and just came back from an Atlantic tour. Solid teak interiors with white lacquered parts; beautiful.
Owner's words
We always loved catamarans. Our first one was an Iroquois built at Sailcraft. When we got retired, we have had more time and decided to buy a larger and more secure ship to sail further and during longer periods. After we have been looking for the perfect ship for a long time, we found this 45' version of the Cat Flotteur 41 we heard about through Antoine's books, a famous French singer, writer and sailor. We loved the interior design, the 8 persons accomodation in the cabins + watch bunk in the saloon, the large and well protected cockpit and the very strong thick aluminium hull. Almost 10 years later, we are still very happy with this choice, but we really want to assume our new grand-parents role, this is why we will not keep such a boat as a weekender...
