LOOPING 16M Year 2004
Born of on the draftboards of multihull designer Patrick Lusher, this offshore cruising catamaran combines all the elements for an easy life: Safety, weight saving and weight distribution, speed, comfort and ruggedness. Built in strip planking by the Delhay brothers' shipyard, she has perfectly weathered two round-trips of the Atlantic. Interiors are treated in cherry wood, with a large galley, three cabins and a nice workshop in the starboard forepeak.
The epitome of the circumnavigation catamaran!
Owner's words
Bought through AYC yachtbrokers in 2007, I completetd in 2009-2010 a full loop of the Atlantic, via Africa and Brazil. Capable of greater than average speeds, this catamaran has fulfilled our expectations and has carried us about safely. She is easy to maneuver thanks to fix keels and heads upwind nicely. Her wood/epoxy build make her very cosy, especially in temperate or warm climes.
