This attractive Jean-Pierre BROUNS-designed, twin-engine, twin-daggerboard bluer water cruiser built by the META shipyard was boat number 281 in the Northwest Passage. Insulated, solid and reliable, she runs aground easily thanks to her perfect design. Prepared for all destinations, she can sail in cold or hot weather thanks to her aluminum watch shelter, 6 berths (4 of which are single), a large saloon and simple management of the boat and its maintenance make this yacht ideal for traveling the world with a family on board.
Owner's words
I immediately thought that this sailboat designed by Jean-Pierre BROUNS was perfect for exploring the world. META describes it as an indestructible explorer with its 13 mm Strongall aluminum hull. The previous owner lived aboard for 4 years with his family of 4; Northwest Passage, Polynesia, Patagonia, around the Americas and back to Europe. They found her easy to handle, never disappointed by the on-board comfort and sense of security when sailing or at anchor. They also appreciated her ease of navigation and maintenance. I bought her to explore Scandinavia and Greenland andf prepared her for the trip, but I'm working as an engineer on a ship in Greenland, and can't find the time to leave. I hope she finds a new family to travel the world with.
