MARACUJA 42 Year 1993
Designed by Ph. Harlé for the Garcia shipyard, the Maracuja is THE ideal aluminum cruising centerboarder. Deck saloon, steering wheel, large furling sails, 3 cabins,. Very airy and bright, offering plenty of storage space and life, this boat will seduce you with the quality of her interior design signed Rameau. Built and equipped to go far under all latitudes she can sail in shallow water and even can dry out. A first hand, perfectly maintained by her Swiss owners. The hull and the deck were completely repainted and the varnishes redone in 2015. The ship is presented at this price to leave quickly.
Owner's words
Our Maracuja took my wife and I all around the world, through the Canaries, the Caribbean, the Panama Canal, French Polynesia, New Zealand, Australia, Reunion, South Africa, and South America, Cape Horn and the Patagonian canals and back to Tahiti. Throughout these 25 years of navigation, we have been able to sail without difficulty and we have always felt safe. Thanks to the furling mainsail we could each one and separately take reef. We sailed on a 6 months / 6 months, that is to say 6 months on the boat and 6 other months we returned to Switzerland with our family. If we put her on sale now it's because we think it's time for our age (74) to do it and stop sailing.
