ETAP 37 S Year 2005
The Etap yard asked Philippe Harlé and Alain Mortain to design this Etap 37 S. The yard permanent attention to security (unsinkability 1) and quality led to this real success story. This deep draft blue water cruiser offers a lot of space due to her two cabins inside layout. She also displays numerous and convenient storage spaces to allow and go far for a long time. The aft stainless steel structure, used as an aft gantry, fixed integral cockpit bimini and davits also welcomes two solar panels and a wind generator for more electric autonomy. Her first and only owner maintained her with care.
Owner's words
We bought this Etap 37 S in 2005 and sailed around Port Camargue, Minorca and Corsica during four years. We also docked the ship in Marmaris, Turkey, to sail the south Turkish coast and the Egean sea. She was spending all the winters on the hard, under her integral wintering cover. Her unsinkability brings an additional serenity even if her sailing behaviour is stunning, even in heavy seas. Her inside layout is really clever and well thought-up and we sell her only because a long trip aboard another boat will not allow us to sail her as much as she deserves.
