DUFOUR 40 PERFORMANCE Year 2005
Superb 2006 cruiser racer designed by Roseo and Felci. Spacious and comfortable, nice to steer, seaworthy and easy to handle as a small crew. There is a good sail set: 2016 main sail, 2014 genoa in DCX tri radial composite, staysail, spinnaker and storm jib. The owners added an arch - davit and solar pannels in 2017 to improve the autonomy. This is a brisk and comfortable 3 cabin boat, also with convertible saloon. Very good state for nice cruises. The boat is ready to sail away.
Owner's words
We rented boats for quite a long time before we purchased a catamaran on which we sailed for several seasons in the Caribbean. Then we decided to come back to France and chose a monohull. Used to the performance and the space provided by the catamaran, we went for this Dufour 40 Performance that we found in an exceptional state with almost new sails and nice fittings. We purchased the boat in early summer 2017, added an arch and solar panels and sailed the Med... and then realised that we enjoy neither the Med weather nor monohull sailing! We wish to sell the boat to someone who will enjoy its performance.
