DEHLER 44 SQ Year 2007
The Dehler shipyard is renown to build excellent sailing boats and to make them perfect in every little detail. This 44 SQ (Speed and Quality) is a good example of this. Teak deck, sandwich construction (airex and epoxy), carbon mast and boom and plenty of little details making this ship both comfortable and really efficient at sailing. This 3 cabins version is perfect for a very fast and comfortable cruising program, and even for regattas. Her owner was supposed to go on sailing with this ship so he launched some works of paint and varnishes on the hull (metallic blue), mâst and boom (black) and a new standing rigging, all this done in 2022. To be seen quickly.
Owner's words
It will be heart-breaking for me to leave my ship, she is one of the most accomplished sailboats I have been sailing and even seen. Fast and elegant, easy to live and funny at sailing and tuning, you will feel the quality of conception and construction in every detail. As I am going to retire quite soon, I will have more time to sail the world. I had a wonderful opportunity and I am currently waiting for another ship (dedicated to cold areas) to be delivered. So my Dehler comes to the market with a new hull paint (above and under the waterline), new spars (mast, boom, antennas mast, etc...) lacquers and a rod standing rigging (as original) to be finished in the next few weeks.
