AZZURO 42 Year 2006
Made in aluminium by the excellent ALLIAGE yard, the AZZURO range is designed by Olivier RACOUPEAU and distinguished by a lifting keel. The 2 tons bulb down to 3m depth provides more stability and upwind performance while having a draft of water reduced by 1 .65 m at anchor. This AZZURO 42 interior was designed by Hervé COUEDEL and she has a carbon mast reducing weight aloft and improving performance. First hand, built with high-quality materials, perfect condition, just bring food on board and to go away !
Owner's words
We already had an ALLIAGE 38 and had achieved a sabattical year around the Atlantic with her. For my retirement, I asked ALLIAGE Yard and architects to build me a strong and performing sail boat, but having a short draft at anchor. That's how was born the AZZURO 42 and we enjoy with my wife since 2009, with good navigation, Brazil, the Amazon, the Caribbean Arc.
Total satisfaction but still wanted to change, continuing our passion for blue water sailing on two hulls...
